Auto Assist Direct is a mobile auto service available at your convenience. Whether at home, work, or otherwise, our mobile mechanics travel to you. Expect a skilled technician to arrive in a fully-equipped van—ready to promptly address your vehicle’s needs.
Our Process
First, we collect some necessary information from you, including your location and your vehicle’s year, make, and model. We’ll also ask for contextual information concerning your situation and problem. From there, we’ll promptly pass the information along to an Auto Assist Direct technician that specializes in that area.
Next, we’ll visit your location at your convenience. If it’s an emergency, we’ll come as soon as possible. Expect a thorough inspection and diagnosis of your vehicle followed by a clear estimate and answers to your every question. Then, we’ll completely and efficiently address your vehicle’s needs.
Lastly, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive service report, including full-system check engine scan results, technical notes, and professional recommendations. If you’re unavailable in person at the time of service, we can send the complete report to your phone, along with problem area photos and transparent estimates.
